When I was 18 years old, my Mom, a 30-year real estate agent, encouraged me to get my real estate license. I was the youngest person in the class and the only one without a mortgage. I quickly sold one house and went off to college to earn a degree in Electrical Engineering and an MBA. I worked for 20 years in technical sales and learned how to understand customer needs and unique ways to create value for various types of clients.
Thanks to my Mom, Cathie Peterson, I continued to study real estate and started investing in residential properties in 2003. Now, along with my wife, Shelly Peterson, we have built a real estate business and team that owns and operates residential properties in multiple states. As a licensed realtor with Addison Wolfe Real Estate and as a team member of the Jay Ginsberg Group, I serve homeowners, investors, and developers by providing professional real estate services. In addition to traditional home buying and selling, I am passionate about rental property investing, energy efficiency, home maintenance, and creative financing. I look forward to bringing all my skills and my deep passion for real estate to work for you!
